"I love you as much as stars."
Amongst the many reasons I have for wanting to let go, one that stands out, is the reason that he has become an addiction.
Every morning wake, his face is the only one that appears clear from the entire blur. He has become the inspiration for wanting to live,
wanting to move forward…
"HI."
In the very simplicity of this two-letters word,
my world chose to revolve around it.
craving, and longing for more.
“How are you?”
My addiction asks.
These three words show a great leap of improvement.
And this could just be a meaningless question to some,
redundantly used every passing day.
But to me, these words talk to me differently.
I have taught my mind the art of paraphrasing.
In its twisted form, these three words speak to me as:
"I want to be with you."
-Yes, I’m an addict.
